October Post #1

I think if I title my posts like this, it'll somehow motivate me to post more than once per month, so then i won't feel like a douche.

Anyways, our group film blog receptionproductions.blogspot.com (see previous post) is currently operating as a private members-only blog because basically, our group has 13 people in it, and that blog is the most convenient way to swap ideas, scenarios, and work-in-progresses. So we thought we shouldn't have it all open and public just yet.. but when our film is complete, we'll blow that bitch open and everyone can see everything.. eventually. :)

Buttt, here are some character concepts i did for our film.. so i thought i'd post these up here as well. Enjoy!

Tapan, these sketches are just wonderful! This is exactly what I like to see in the early development of a film - rough explorations of what the character is all about. By letting the pencil work in tandem with your train of thought you're creating a distinct little personality on the page. Quite honestly, if I were an animator, I'd love to draw what you've designed there. He's so full of life!
